In this study,neodymium substituted yttrium iron garnet (NdNdxY3-xFe5O12) by using sol-gel method. magneticnanoparticles with the substitution of different values of neodymium(x=0-0.2-0.4-0.6) were fabricated and then study of structural and magnetic characterisqcs were invesqgated. To obtain the desired powders, the gel will be synthesis at different temperatures to determine opqmum temperature (t=800-1100 ̊c) and achieve a single phase. We used X- ray diffraction ,vibrating sample magnetometer ,infrared spectrum devices For study the effect of variant parameters in crystallized and magnetic structure of sampels. Crystallized parameters such as particle size and lattice constant obtained by xray diffraction (xrd). FT-IR exam is demonstrator type of molecule cohesion and show tetrahedral site. Saturation magnetization (Ms) obtained by vibrating sample magnetometer (vsm).
