چکیده:

Ordered Co-Ni nanowires with 30 nm diameters were prepared using ac pulse electrodeposition. Themagnetic properties and microstructure of Co-Ni nanowires were investigated. The crystalization of Co-Ni nanowireswas found that depends on the deposition current. At lower deposition current the anomalous phenomenon deposition ofcobalt was seen to be more pronounced. The coercivity of Co35Ni65 and Co26Ni74 nanowire arrays are 655 Oe and 614 Oewith squareness values of 0.39 and 0.59, respectively. It then may be said that the magnetic and structural properties ofCo-Ni nanowire arrays are highly affected by the deposited current and can be controlled thorough this factor.
