چکیده:

In This study Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHA) was synthesized via sol-gel method and Poly 3-hydroxybutyrate/Hydroxyapatite (PHB/HA) Nanocomposite scaffolds were prepared by solvent casting and particulate leaching Technique. Synthesized NanoHA was confirmed by XRD . The scaffolds were prepared from 4%wt polymer solution. amount of nHA was 0-10%wt with 80%wt salt (NaCl) particles. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used for study structure of prepared scaffolds and size of nHA particles. uniform distribution of NanoHA in scaffolds were investigated by Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (WDXA). pore size was in range of 200-250μm. Tensile strength and elastic modulus increased by increasing the amount of nHA in scaffolds.
