چکیده:

In this research, polycaprolactone modified multiwall carbon nanotubes (PCL-MWCNTs) was prepared in the laboratory [1] and the effect of different concentrations of PCL-MWCNTs onPES membrane properties such as the performance and morphology was studied. The separation of heavy metal ionsfrom water was one of research goals. By increasing PCL-MWCNTs, the rejection capability of Cd ions reached 27%. The pure water flux increased from 28 L/m2 h (unmodifiedmembrane) to 61 L/m2 h (modified membrane including 3 w/v% PCL-MWCNTs). AFM images show the even and smooth surface in the presence of PCL-MWCNTs
