چکیده:

ZnO nanosheets arrays were grown on FTO substrates by chemical bath deposition (CBD).Structural characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the ZnO nanosheets possess wurtzite structure. The photoelectrochemical experiments were performed in a sandwich type two-electrode cell and J-V curves were obtained. Thickness-dependent cells efficiencymeasurement of the annealed ZnO nanosheets has been carried out and it showed that cells efficiency increased with increasing thickness and overall conversion efficiency of 2.91% was obtained for ZnO nanosheets electrode. Also, increasing the thickness of ZnO nanosheets layer, improved the JSC, VOC and fill factor
