Nanocomposites of polyurethane, polyamide6 with various loading are investigated. Accordingly, TPU/PA6blends and their ternary nanocomposites with hydrophilic silica nanoparticles were prepared via a melt mixing method.The rheological experiments such as frequency-sweep are performed to investigate the influence of nanoparticle loadingon the viscoelastic properties of the nanocomposites. However, the measured rheological properties depend strongly onthe sample preparation method, humidity regulation and time-temperature history during the measurement. The resultsshow that nanocomposites with filler loading have both higher storage and loss moduli. Moreover, the results indicatethat the loss modulus is more sensitive than storage modulus to filler loading. The scanning electron microscopymicrographs revealed that the particle aggregates increase.
