چکیده:

In this paper, in order to study the time die in composite parts with honeycomb core in VARTM method, the permeability coefficient has calculated and was located in the written code in MATLAB software in order to evaluating by empirical time of die results. The written code is two-dimensional and has been written with analytic solution of Darcy and Stock equations and compounding them by continuity and Momentum equations , also with enforcing boundary conditions in saturate and non saturate area and with accomplishment of simplified hypothesizes. The important challenge in this solution was the estimate of resin velocity at the moment of reaching to holes. This reduction was surveyed by equaling the permeability coefficient and the velocity of resin motion at the parts with honeycomb core. In order to evaluating the results, some samples are made by the change of core thickness and were compared. The results show that the calculated quantities from experiments has corresponded with available code in low thicknesses but the difference has been more than anacceptable limit at high thicknesses
