چکیده:

We applied UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy to investigate the interaction between amino acids (Tyrosin, Phenylalanine, Histidin, Tryptophane, Valine and Isoleusin) as a biological moleculesand single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) as a biological deliver. to mean Bio-nano interaction for using in drug design. Spectral features were recognized and found that theinteraction depended on structure and nanotubes concentration .These results shown more interaction between Isolusin (specially) and Tyrosine than Histidine and Glutamic acid
