چکیده:

ZnO particles were synthesized via an ammonical ammonium carbonate zinc aqueous solution in presence of additives like urea,anthraquinone, oleic acid and dextrin by precipitationmethod. The morphology and crystallinity of the obtained zinc oxide particles critically depend on the types of additives used. Theadditives also affect the crystal orientation of the formed ZnO particles. ZnO particles with various microstructures including agglomerated flower-like, spherelike and prismatic rod-like morphologies can be easily obtained by using appropriate additives. Additives used also affect the particle size of the obtainedZnO powders.
