چکیده:

This research is based on an attempt and targets to cope with the various important aspects concerning the subject wastewater reuse with the real case study, concentrating on reuse in make-up water for industrial flow cycles and agriculture. Nowadays industrials constrained to abide by legal frameworks and international standards, so they need very cost intensive solutions to improve their wastewaters before release them into environment, this problem is very important when we talk about very big steel industry. This constrains guides us to an opportunity for reusing this huge wastewater with pretreatment and Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for industrial circulation cycles water, that is used in internal flow cycles and agriculture, therefore an integrated planning approach is necessary in this case study for design of technical parameters of pretreatment and RO system, economical and health aspects as well as the legal frameworks and international standards have to be considered. Cost and flexibility with variable wastewater input flow are major factors in implementing wastewater desalination technologies especially in double aim projects.
