چکیده:

Electrospinning has been recognized as a unique technology that can produce nonwoven fibrous mat with fiber diameter ranging from tens of nanometers to microns[1,2,3], so its application is very extended ,for instance in filters ,sensors ,medical application and etc. the most important requirement to be used in medical applications is its biodegradability and its biocompatibility in a specific environment, together with the non-toxicity of its degradation products, aliphatic polyesters such as poly lactide (PLA),poly(lactide-co-glycolic),(PLGA),and poly(Є-caprolactone)(PCL)are among the few synthetic polymers that meet these requirements and have been used in tissue engineering[1,2] .however cell affinity of synthetic polymer is poor because of their low Hydrophilicity. Poly (-caprolactone) has good mechanical properties but its use is limited as a polymeric scaffold because it is hydrophobic [3]. In this study Hydrophilicity of PCL fibers was improved by adding small fraction of low molecular weight poly ethylene glycol (PEG) in electrospinning solution [
