چکیده:

Mixed oxides of copper, zinc and aluminium was synthesized hydrothermally and the effect of crystallization temperature was investigated onproducts physiochemical properties. The sampleswere synthesized at 140, 160, 180 and 200°C for 6 h crystallization time. Hydrothermally synthesized nanocomposites crystallinity was studied using XRD analysis which proved crystallinity variation by temperature. The crystallinity was enhanced byincreasing the temperature to 160°C and then fell by increasing temperature to 200°C. FESEM imaging utilized for morphological studies. The imagesshowed particles morphology variation and narrow size distribution and nano-scale particles for CZA synthesized at 180°C. BET surface area showedsimilar trend to XRD. FTIR spectroscopy inagreement with XRD pattern confirmed metal oxide formation
