چکیده:

To recognize mechanical properties of lipid nanobio membranes is very important. Many phenomena may lead to an external force in the system of alive cell’s nanobio membrane and change its properties. The purpose of current work is to study the mechanical properties of a nanobio membrane using coarse grained molecular dynamics simulation tool. A system including water and nanobio membrane has been simulated andthe pressure, stress and surface tension of nanobio membrane are calculated. The base of computations are Virial pressure and then stress and surface tension are obtained with proper correlations from the pressure data. In the case of absence of any external force, all of profiles are symmetric.
