چکیده:

In the present study, superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized through coprecipitation method and modified subsequently with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES). Then hyperbranched polygycerol was grafted on modified magnetite nanoparticles through grafting from method. The prepared ferrofluid is very stable in water for a long period of time. The obtained compounds were characterized with different techniques including FT-IR, TEM, PCS, TGA, VSM, and NMR relaxometry. The results show a high magnetic saturation for obtained ferrofluid, which indicates its high potential for biomedical research
