However emerging technologies have new benefits but consideration of their potential risks and hazards is unavoidable. Today environment and health which are affected by technologies and industries are witness of need to consider potential risk and hazard of emerging technologies [2, 5].Nanotechnology has been absorbed a huge attentions in recent years. Most of countries have supportive program for research in this field. Investment in this emerging technology is being grown very fast but investment in potential risk and hazard assessment of nanotechnology is limited and its portion is about 3 percents of total investment in nanotechnology [3]. Also publications related to risk and hazard assessment of nanotechnology are about 3 percents of total scientific publications in nanotechnology [1].High ratio surface to volume of nanostructures and their possible quantum effects cause to unknown effects to environment and health that increase need to more research in this field. Available information and technical data about the effects of nanostructures on human health are very limited and we don’t have enough information about nanostructures’ toxicokinetics and their effects according to exposure routes, so fundamental studies should be performed [2, 5-6]. According to resource limitation, production of needed information to issue essential standards and regulations without priority list of research subjects in potential risk and hazard of nanotechnology is not possible
