چکیده:

In this paper steady state laminar heat transfer between v-shaped plates had been studied numerically. The distance between v-shaped surfaces (D) is 0.04 m and channel length (L) is equal to 1 m. The Reynolds number base on D are within 50< Reeq <1000.The v-shaped angle varies within 150<β<180. Results show that heat transfer in v-shaped channel depends on both β and Re. By comparing these results with channel with flat plates it can be seen that heat transfer in v-shaped channel is 8 to 11 percent greater.
