چکیده:

Nanoparticle of lanthanum strontium cobalt (La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 ), a complex perovskite-type oxide has been synthesized by using sol-gel method. The nanoparticles thus obtained have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, X-powder ( based on Debye-Scherrer formula ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). The XRD analysis of the gel reveals that phase pure LSCO powder is formed at 9000C without detection of any intermediate crystalline phase
