چکیده:

The aim of this paper is to extend multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) to the fuzzy environment. A fuzzy multiple criteria decision-making model is suggested, where the rating of each alternative and theweight of each criteria are described by linguistic terms that can be developed with triangular fuzzy numbers. In classical MCDM methods, the ratings and the weights of the criteria are known precisely [3]. Technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), is one of the known classicalMCDM method. According to the concept of the TOPSIS, a weight radius is defined to determine theranking order of all alternatives by calculating distances to both the fuzzy positive-ideal solution (FPIS) andfuzzy negative-ideal solution (FNIS) simultaneously. Finally, an example is shown to highlight the procedure of the proposed method at the end of this paper
