چکیده:

Specific dense gases, so-called BZT gases, display non-classical properties when flowing in the transonic regime. These properties can be exploited to achieve highlevels of efficiency when using such gases as working fluids in Organic Rankine Cyclebased turbines. The complexity of setting upexperimental studies for such dense gas flows motivates the development of efficient numerical tools. A turbulent (RANS) code isapplied to the simulation and analysis of theflow of a BZT fluid in a turbine for a range of thermodynamic conditions
