TRC composites (textile reinforced concrete) are a new class of cementitious composites with higher flexural strength. In this research, first, proper mixture design for TRC was obtained, then the flexural behavior of TRC composite made of polypropylene fabric with different structures was investigated, and the effect of different parameters such as the number of layers and the mesh size of fabric structure on flexural strength was studied. Meanwhile for studying in details the pictures from fabrics and flexural cracks of concrete were taken. The results show that by increasing the number of layers and decreasing the mesh size of fabric, the flexural strength ofcomposite was increased but there is an optimum point. Increasing the number of layers and decreasing the mesh size should be developed until the adhesion of cement matrix and fabric been kept. This point was obtained for each case.
