چکیده:

The main objective of this study is simulation, using OLGA dynamic software, investigate andcomparing the empirical, theoretical and simulation results for two phase flow sealine related tophase 1 gas plant located in south pars gas field, south of Iran. By attention to all simulated keyprocess parameters and interpretation of output curves , it was found that the turn down feed flowrate is 300 MMSCFD which sea line should not be operated in lower flow rates and also thenormal operating flow rate is in range of 500-1000 MMSCFD, which does not need any specific sea line liquid control procedure. Comparing the obtained pressure drop along pipeline fromsimulation with field data, design data and calculated pressure drop by Beggs and Brill(1973) method showed that pressure as a criterion of fluid hydrodynamic behavior has been simulated accurately. The only concern in simulation is total liquid volume which is higher than expectedvalues but it can be adjusted by attention to reception facilities capacity, variation of slug catcher level and inlet condensate flow rate to condensate stabilization units
