چکیده:

The local composition model, Segmental-NRTL-NRF, extended for calculation of excess molar enthalpy of polymer solutions at different conditions. The present model with the two temperature dependent adjustable energy parameters is applied to correlate the excess molar enthalpy of various polymer sulotions. In this work glycol systems such as di(ethylene glycol) (DEG), tri(ethylene glycol) (TEG) and tetra(ethylene glycol) (TTEG), and some polyethylene glycol solutions such as PEG200, PEG300, PEG400 and PEG600 with different solvents were studied. The results of the present model are compared with the extended S-NRTL model so that it is shown that the new model is in good agreement with experimental data.
