چکیده:

In this study an industrial propane thermal cracking reactor was modeled assuming a molecular mechanism for the reaction kinetics coupled with material, energy, and momentum balances of thereactant-product flow along the reactor. Multi-objective optimization of two objectives such as feed conversion and propylene selectivity was carried out using an evolutionary algorithm. ThePareto optimum set was obtained successfully with elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm. And finally the effect of decision variables was discussed.
