چکیده:

Nowadays, the numerical simulation and optimization of mixture formation are becoming more and more important. In the present study, the effects of two turbulent dispersion models on tip penetration of microhole nozzle spray have been numerically investigated. With respect to the liquid-phase, spray calculations are based on a statistical method referred to as the Discrete Droplet Method (DDM). This paper tried to highlight the prediction differences between these models for sample case and compare their result. Moreover, three different spray breakup models foratomization modeling are used. The predicted results are validated by comparing with experimental data
