چکیده:

In present study, turbulent mixing layer has been simulated numerically by developing a computer code based on Large Eddy Simulation (LES) approach. Six common sub-grid scale (SGS) models, including static Smagorinsky (S), scale Similarity (SS), LMK (LMK), static mixed (SM), dynamic Smagorinsky (DS), and dynamic mixed (DM) models, have been used and their results are compared with direct numerical simulation(DNS) data.
