چکیده:

Introduction of Ce into SAPO-34 framework leads to a striking increase in catalyst life time which seems to be an obstacle in MTO process development.CeSAPO-34 molecular sieves were synthesized with TEAOH and morpholine as organic template. Prepared catalysts were characterized with XRD,FESEM, BET, FT-IR techniques. XRD patterns revealed high crystallinity of the catalyst synthesized with morpholine. The catalytic performance wasinvestigated in a fixed-bed reactor to determine theeffect of reaction temperature in a range of 300- 500ºC. The stability test was conducted maintainingat constant temperature, feed composition and GHSV. Catalyst obtained using morpholine template gave the longer life time (9.8 h
