چکیده:

In this Research nanocomposites based on HDPE/PS/nano Sio2 were prepared using internal mixer. The Taguchi method was used to design the test and analysis obtained results. Effect of processing condition including size of nanosilica, amount of the nanosilica and rotor speed on the morphological and rheological properties of the prepared samples was investigated. Results of RMS (Rheometrics Mechanical Spectrometer) showed that the size and content of nanosilica have more sensible effect on viscosity of samples since the smaller nanosilica particles size and more content of this filler result in enhanced viscosity. Furthermore, SEM results confirmed the above mentioned results and proved that size and content of nanosilica have considerable effect on dispersion of dispersed phase (PS), resulting smaller size of PS drops and inducing the improved viscosity.
