چکیده:

In this survey, composite parts of Alumina-zirconia was produced by gel-casting method and the impact of differentparameters such as composition of polymeric materials and sintering temperature on strength and microstructure of the final products is investigated. The results showed that increase in green strength of gel-casting samples obtained by the polymerization rate. Furthermore, increase of Cross-linker in the monomer fixed led to the increase in green strength of the produced parts. Bending strength and relative density measurements of the samples showed the highest bending strength and relative density achieved at sintering temperature of 1500oC.
