چکیده:

Nanomanipulation includes lifting, placing, arranging, and pushing of nanoscale objects with nanometer precision [1]. Many researchers have addressed nanomanipulation during the past decade. It has been observed through the simulations that the physical behavior of materials at interfaces can be different from that of the bulk [2]. Since the physical phenomena at the nanoscale have not yet been completely understood, the aim of this research is to conduct planar MD (Molecular Dynamics) simulations of the nanomanipulation process. In the performed simulations, the effect of ultra thin film lubricant on the success of the process has been investigated by planar molecular dynamics
