چکیده:

In the field of research and manufacturing of robot components using 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, distortion during/after machining happened, because of material removal forces and residual stresses. After the exact inspection, the main factors were found to be the machining strategy parameters in machining operation. This paper presents first the main causes of the Al-7075-T6 distortion, and then offers methods of reduction distortions due to residual stresses during milling operation and optimized machining condition after experiments have been carried out. We have concluded this paper with a review of the main findings which will set the domain of our current and future research
