چکیده:

At the recent years, nano materials have received considerable attention in the scientific and engineering fields. Owing to their unique advantages such as high conductivity, large surface/volume ratio, and extremely high mechanical strength and modulus [1,2]. In the electrochemistry and electroanalytical fields, a lot of nano materials have beenused as electrode materials [3] to promote electron transfer Reactions and to enhance electrode conductivity. Naproxen[(S)-6-methoxy- -methyl-2-naphthalene acetic acid] is a non-steroidalanti-inflammatory drug widely used for mild to moderate pain relief and in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Paracetomol (acetaminophen or N acetyl-paminophenol) is a commonly used drug in humans and veterinary sciences. It has the preferred alternative analgesic-anti pyretic to aspirin, particularly to patients who cannottolerate aspirin. Determination of drug is one of the most important subjects inpharmaceutical industry. In this work a new Dysprosium nanowire carbon paste electrode was introduced for simultaneous determination of naproxen and paracetamol by square wave voltammetry. The effective parameters such as pH, accumulationpotential and time frequency and amplitude and the ratio of nanowire were optimized. The detection limit was obtained at the optimized condition by this sensitive electrochemical method.
