چکیده:

incremental dynamic analysis of structures requires using some ground motions usually these ground motions have resemble response spectrum and magnitude in this study a new method for developing artificial ground motions via hilbert-huang transform and moving time -window technique is presented produced ground motions have similar response spectrum and appearance to actual ground motion but they have different frequency content with main ground motion finally 1-span1-story concrete frame was modeled and IDA curves for generalized ground motions and actual ground motion obtained then compared and the efficiency of time window size demonstrated
