چکیده:

Magnetit nano structures are important classes of nanomaterial and have many potential application such as Drug targeting, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Bio Conjucation, Bio Separation , Optoelectronic,Electronic and others .By using Core /Sell technique, appling two or more properties of nanostructures is possible, simultaneity .In this paper some kinds of superpara magnetic core/ shell nanostructures such as Fe3O4/Au , Fe3O4/SiO2 were synthesized and studied.Covering magnitic nanoparticles with an external inert shell such as gold has been attempted inother to add new properties (inertness, protection of the magnetit core against oxidation) to those of the particles , without modifying were superparamagnetic behavior. more over, gold allows a number of possibility for detection.Our investigations had some new idea for development Knowledge in biotechnology by using superparamagnetit optical core/ shell nanosructures whit appling of super paramagntit properties of cores and optical and other properties of shells, simultaneity.super paramagntit core nanosructures were synthesized by co-precipitation method.and shells were preparated by sol-gel and electroless techniques.Thickness of shells maybe cotroled by controlling some factor such as concentration ,PH, and temperature. nanoparticles were characterized whit X- ray diffraction , Scaning Electron Microscopy , Transmission Electron Microscopy ,Infera Red and UV-VIS spectroscopy.Our studies revealed that magnetic properties of super paramagntit core/shell nanosructures after covering whit shells has been decreased and the control of shell thickness allows the tuning plasmonic properties of the core /shell nanoparticles to be either red-shift or blue-shifted.
