چکیده:

This paper proposes a decision making algorithm based on the copula multivariate modeling method in order to infer whether the charging of plug-in electric vehicles(PEVs) should be occurred everyday or not. The modeling procedure is provided considering the questioners filled out by the owners of the conventional internal combustion engine vehicles in Tehran. Furthermore, a fuzzy inference systembased decision making method is provided as well in order to fulfill the mentioned goal. Performances of the above-devised probabilistic and possibilistic techniques are evaluated through extracting the PEVs charging power demands within domestic areas in order to highlight their merits as well as disadvantages.
