چکیده:

Management of a major crisis requires prevention, planning, testing, evaluation and maintenance to mitigate and minimize its consequences. A crisis is any natural, accidental or intentional event that severely impacts people, property, and/or the environment. In this paper, after a brief introduction about the crisis, surveying the earthquake crisis and the wide vulnerability of its areas, the description of the crisis and its features is outlined. Then, the Crisis Management Framework and its elements and classified activities have noticed, and each of these elements such as 1) Preparation for crisis, 2) Crisis prevention, 3) Incident or event management crisis, and 4) Management after the crisis be discussed. Finally, there are some suggestions regarding its management, especially earthquake, proposed.
