HRM (human resources management), is a function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance of an employer’s strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and systems. In organization’s successes, Human Resource Management is a very clear and bright factor. Human Resource Management activities during last 02 years have changed basically. We can divide HR activities into 31 groups, although some activities are not active in some countries. Thus the conceptual model we discuss here is adapted with Iran’s culture and Iran’s management growth; therefore we classify activities to 32 groups: these factors can help Iranian experts in Human Resource Management. Also Lacks of practical Persian sources are the second reason for writing this paper. In Human Resources Management some articles have written but mainly these books are theoretical and rarely practical books can be found. In this reviewable article a conceptual model for HRM will be presented. This model is about evaluation and promotion of HRM, The main question is that in the real world with new changes and hard world competition, and transferring from production economy to scientific economy, where are Iranian organizations?, Noticing approaches introduced here were used and in or out of Iran, the results were positive, thus for some of them several examples for organizations and their conditions are written. For the conclusion, In second chapter a model for HRM will be presented, we will see that in these organizations the Human Resource Manager and his unit is one of the most important units and professional managers in this field always try to find new solutions to promote their organizations.
