چکیده:

Phytoremediation is the treatment of contaminated soils, water, or air with plants able to degrade or aggregate the metal pollutants without the need to excavate the contaminant material and dispose of it elsewhere. Today research for identifying metal resistant plants is expanding. Metallothionein proteins of three complete sequences of Oryza sativa, Triticum aestivum and Silene paradoxa are included in this study. Our results show that Oryza sative and Silene paradoxa are more suitable plants than Triticum aestivum for metal chelating.
