چکیده:

Fuel cells are part of a portfolio of energy solutions is to reduce the environmental impact of our ever-growing needs for energy. the main fuel is hydrogen, other fuels may be offered. This work postponed a comparison of the thermodynamic properties of hydrogen and fuel cells direct alcohol fuel in an area ranging from 298.15 to 1273.15 K. The results show that different alcohols have a higher yield the hydrogen fuel cell. On the contrary, the energy density of hydrogen is more than three times igher than that of alcohols. It would be premature to make a final choice between hydrogen and one of the alcohols studied as a kinetic study is needed to decide between the different fuels.
