چکیده:

with the increased use of titanium and its alloys in the various industries research and investigation on the joining process of them has become more important than ago . In this paper investigates the comparative macrostructure microstructure and mechanical characteristics of fusion welds laser beam welding LBW tungsten inert gas TIG and solid -state welds friction stir welding FSW of pure titanium microstructures and macrostructures of base metal and welded zones are analyzed by optical microscopy OM. the corresponding mechanical properties are evaluated uniaxial tensile tests. the results of this research shows that however mechanical properties of LBW and TIG are less than FSW on pure Ti.
