چکیده:

Economic systems now have a very important role in reducing costs. Including the fact that the economic system functions can be very large, the system queues pointed. In this research applying to mathematic modeling effect variables in queue M/M/s/K that Poisson distributed arrival rates and service rates are exponentially distributed and it’s lending nonlinear programming models for modeling the queuing theory has been applied in the field of design. The structure of the objective function according to including wasting costs, server costs, service rate, average number of customer queue and number of optimal server ( that decision variables of problem) to be created. From formulates queuing model of M/M/s/K is used to calculate the optimal number of servers. The objectives of this study are based on two criteria of minimizing cost and maximizing the service system which is based lending. At the end of the performance model with software Maple12 has been investigated and analyzed
