چکیده:

Every year thousands of people dead or missing and millions of people homeless after natural and manmade disasters. Needs for better management of disaster relief provided by humanitarian organizations during disasters should continue to increase managers in humanitarian organizations must understand the complexity that characterizes humanitarian relief efforts to learn how to design and manage complex relief operations. System dynamics is a method for studying the complexity of world around us and look at things as a whole. In this paper we apply SD tools in simulation software to represent a model by interaction between the relative organization, people receiving aids and donors in disaster situation
