چکیده:

The TADAS device is in the metallic yielding dampers class and because of its extraordinary flexibility,increases damping of structure and caused to control of response and decreasing seismic need of structure.This device which consists triangular structural steel plates positioned in parallel, is typically installed within a frame bay between a chevron brace and overlaying beam .In this research is trying to investigate the impact of TADAS devices on seismic performance of steel structure. For this purpose different modelsof structure were built in OpenSees software. And finally, with the help of this software non linear dynamic analysis were performed for every one of structures; and with replies study the performance of this device has been assessed.
