چکیده:

In this paper, we proposed an intelligent hybrid model using by the evidential reasoning (ER) approach and Shannon entropy technique to solve the personnel selection problem. Theprocess of building a multiple criteria decision model is presented, in which past information of organization’s personnelis considered. In addition, this model can be decreases interference of subjective judgment for personnel selection decision making by knowledge discovery from personnel database.
