چکیده:

One basic criteria of an active power filter (APF) is the method of generating the reference compensating harmonic current. In digital implementation, the performance of the filter highly depends on the accuracy of the switching instances, computational delay and switching frequency. A three-phase shunt APF employing a fast and accurate space vector modulator (SVM) is presented in this paper. The proposed SVM modulator uses a so-called vector classification algorithm modified for APF applications. The proposed algorithm and control circuit are discussed. Simulation results obtained confirm the feasibility and the features of the proposed APF modulator
