With introducing a new encrypting algorithm, especially with a widespread application scope, a great wave of cryptanalysis and attacks are created by cryptology researchers. These attacks and cryptanalysis are aimed to prove the stability and robustness of the algorithm to use in industry, or breaking the algorithm and show its laxity before using it in applications. The latest effort of this kind started with introducing an ultra-lightweight block cipher called PRINTCipher; so that, we saw several cryptanalysis on this algorithm after less than six months of presenting at CHES 2010. In this paper, first we describe the structure of the algorithm and then an overview of the attacks on PRINTCipher will be surveyed. Finally a comparison between the impacts of the attacks will be drawn.
