چکیده:

Considering of the hypothesis that oil in oilseeds is usually inside the cells, oil extraction can be enhanced upon partial hydrolysis. Because of succeeding in oil extraction using aqueous enzymatic technique to optimize the process conditions for a maximum yield oil extraction with the best quality instead of other oil extraction techniques, the objective of the present study is a review on the description of aqueous enzymatic corn oil extraction technique and comparison of it with other corn oil extraction techniques.
