چکیده:

Single phase consumers do not imposeequal current flows in a three phase LV network likethree phase consumers and current values are differentat different times of a day. Consequently, they injectunbalanced current in the distribution network whichmay lead to unbalanced voltages more than thestandard values. In this paper a novel and practicalsingle phase DG system with control unit is introducedwith control algorithm. The aim of this DG is voltageunbalance reduction. The control unit, selects theproper and optimal phase of LV system for DGconnection repeatedly during all day long.. The controlsystem and DG unit are applied on a distributednetwork in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari substation (inKohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province of Iran) usingDIgSILENT software and the results are presented.
