چکیده:

Utility restructuring, technology evolution, public environmental policy, and expanding power demand are p providing the opportunity for fuel cells to become important energy resources. In this paper Improved Perturb and Observe Control (IP&O) method for Maximum Power Point Tracking is proposed for PEMFC’s System. In this work a complete study of PEMFC’s system integrating an MPPT controller is studied, also simulation work dealing with MPPT controller, a DC/DC boost converter feeding a resistive load is achieved. The simulation result of designed Improved Perturb and Observe. IP&O Control has better response time, less oscillation and much more accurate tracking. Significant extracted results are given to prove the validity of the proposed PEMFC’s system control scheme. In this paper, simulation model of PEMFC system’s maximum power point tracking based on theIP&O control method is developed in the MATLAB software. Simulation shows that this control approach can yield satisfactory results in terms of robustness toward variations in fuel cell operation conditions
