چکیده:

As Oil Industry is a mother industry, so the quality of softwares and software quality assurance is becoming very important. Software engineering intends to produce software of high quality. To this end, we need to use processes that are based on framework and standard in order to achieve this goal. Need to use management is inevitable and essential which must be conducted in order to control the engineering processes along the software life-cycle. However, since the quality depends on many variables a proper management is necessary. Measurement plays a key role in process controlling and evaluating the quality of products and supports the management and development of the processes and software product. Metrics are measurement means that, undoubtedly, plays an important role in quality assurance. The present article intends to explain the importance of measurement based on ESA managerial standard, and review the measurement process of ISO/IEC 15939 standard from FP vantage point with the intention to make a functional measurement and reducing the complexity and problems that may exist on the way of organizations in ensuring quality assurance. Then we will propose a framework for obviation the shortcomings of the model using E4 process as well as ISO/IEC 15939.
