چکیده:

In this paper a 3-8GHz low noise amplifier based on dual reactive feedback is designed. With using a three stage filter, high gain and good input impedance matching are achieved. A flat gain and wideband input impedance matching are achieved by using dual reactive feedback. By using the inductive degenerating technique, the NF and input impedance matching are improved. Also in all common-source (CS) stages the effect of Cgd is improved by adding a LC network between gate and drain. Simulation is performed with Agilent Technologies Advanced Design System (ADS). The noise figure (NF) is below 5dB and s11 is less than -15dB with the minimum of -23dB. Also the minimum power gain (s21) is 28 dB. The LNA draws 10mA from a 1.2V supply
